Teri Hofford: Reclaiming Girlhood

Teri is an author, TedX speaker, and photographer who has done the deep work of finding herself, and passing those skills along to her clients.

 

Teri and I talked about body image, The Geode Theory, and what it's been like reclaiming girlhood.  We lean into the woo, weird, and the fun.  Embracing pink, dressing like a cabbage patch kid, and just learning to LIKE who you are and how you're showing up.
