Natasha: Nutrition Guidance Like You’ve Never Imagined It

Natasha (@natashacothard)and I talk about all things nutrition... but like you've never imagined.

 

What if you used your food as information?  Truly tuning into your body, how you feel, and how different things affect you, so that you can make informed, empowered decisions about how you want to fuel yourself.  Your body knows the answer, you just have to listen to it.  And YES, you're worth the time it takes to find out.

 

Natasha prides herself on being a "Both/And" person.  Yes, fuel your body, AND find pleasure in food.  Learn how to actually love yourself and your body, by thinking more long term to keep your earthly home HEALTHY and functioning for as long as possible.

 

The biggest takeaway?  Start cutting out ultra processed foods.  Find out how your body reacts to certain things by implementing an elimination diet and listening to the way it reacts when you reintroduce foods.
